Favorite ride/race: Road: Have not done enough races yet to have a favorite! My favorite ride has to be Andy Hampsten's Cinghiale Cycling Tours in Tuscany. Great rides through rolling hills bordered by olive orchards and vineyards, great food, Italian wine, and great people. Nough said!

Why I Ride, Why I Started: Initially started as a means of exercise and then started to get interested in road racing as a fan in the mid 90's. Took the dive to start training to race in 2002 and have not looked back. Now looking forward to working for my fellow Wheelman.

Started riding road bikes in '93. Competed in a few duathalons in mid '90s. Started racing road in 2003.
